2. Storage Unit Rentals
When renting a storage unit:
- You must complete the rental agreement and provide required identification

- Access hours and gate codes are provided for your personal use only
- Units must be used in accordance with the rental contract and facility rules
Failure to pay rent may result in lockout, fees, or lien enforcement in accordance with Texas law.
3. Prohibited Storage

- Illegal items
- Explosives, flammables, or items prohibited by law
- Living beings (animals or humans)
We reserve the right to inspect or deny storage if prohibited items are suspected.
4. Payments
Payments may be made online, by phone, or through accepted payment methods.
You agree that:
- Payment is due monthly on the date listed in your rental agreement
- Late fees or other charges may apply
- Failed or returned payments may incur additional fees
All billing information must be accurate and kept up to date.
5. Facility Access
Gate codes and credentials:
- Must be kept confidential
- Are assigned to the renter only
- May be disabled for nonpayment or policy violations
Requests for 24/7 access are subject to approval.
6. Website Content & Accuracy
We strive to keep all information accurate but cannot guarantee:
- Availability of units
- Pricing changes
- Real-time updates
We reserve the right to modify or update content at any time.
7. Liability & Insurance
Wicker Way Storage:
- Is not liable for damage, loss, or theft of items stored
- Does not provide insurance by default
- Recommends or may require tenant insurance
You are responsible for insuring your stored property.
8. Third-Party Services
Our website may link to or integrate third-party providers (payment processors, login services, analytics tools).
We are not responsible for their actions, policies, or content.
9. Termination of Services
We may terminate or restrict:
- Website access
- Gate access
- Use of services
- Rentals (per the rental agreement)
Reasons may include nonpayment, breach of terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the facility.
